How do you Ship?- I ship out as soon as I possibly can, almost always the same day as the order. I use multiple companies to ship USPS, UPS & Fed-Ex. Wax must be shipped by UPS or Fed-Ex ground
Do you do returns?- Returns are not accepted for paint, please choose your color or colors carefully, color cards are available and can be ordered prior to your paint order so you can see your color in person. I'm not comfortable selling a product that has already left the shop with someone else, or has been sent somewhere else.
Damage or Loss- If you receive your package damaged please take pictures and send them to me asap, the sooner the better. The store is not responsible for damaged packages after 3 days from time of delivery. You can email pictures of damaged items to email@example.com
Loyalty Program- Return customers will receive a permanent coupon code for future paint purchases
Other Ways to Order- You can email an order to firstname.lastname@example.org, or, give me a call at (575) 693-7493, an secure invoice will be emailed or texted to you, allowing you to pay with your favorite card.
